Our Domestic appliances Services Center is situated in the heart of Abu Dhabi. This strategic location enables us to attend to customers' complaints promptly and provide them with easy access to the service center.
Adequate stocks of spares and accessories are maintained for all the appliances that we sell in the UAE, while our service workshop is manned by qualified and highly experienced service technicians for all types of service facilities to the clients for the household appliances sold by us.
Spare parts and customer services are fully computerized which enable us to maintain a high degree of reliable and efficient after sales service.

Spare Parts Department
The Spare Parts Department in Abu Dhabi is situated at Mussafah. It has a large store which stocks a sufficiently large quality of spare parts, for all the items sold by us. This department has a long record of contractual supply with government departments and oil companies and continues to be one of the major suppliers in the country.
During the business boom, the department promptly responded to meet a flood of requirement from various corners both private and public sectors. This could only be accomplished due to our commitment to the undertaken.
Special care is taken to accelerate the supply of information, upon receipt of different queries from clients. As we have international business connections, we can take up the task of supplying any item, in the country. Our Office is equipped with advanced means of communication systems which enables us to overcome any delay in collecting information from the outside world.
