Annual Maintenance and Service
We offer design, supply, installation, maintenance of all types of Elevators and Escalators. Our team of 47 members (employees) consists of Engineer, Supervisor, Technicians and qualified assistants who are well trained and highly experienced. Also they are thoroughly familiar with all major makes of elevators as such Kone, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Otis, Sigma, Hitachi, Ultra Fuji, Safety elevators, Fujitec etc. Needless to mention, all of our staff is well versed with International safety regulations.
We always ensure that tasks are carried out under high level of supervision by suitably qualified and experienced supervisor personnel strictly adhering to Customers specification, international quality, safety and standards and codes of practice.
Our preventive Maintenance services
Preventive maintenance schedule including inspections, lubrication, adjustments and repair/replacement of parts for each units under service. Visits are planned as per schedule to ascertain the characteristics of parts and equipment in order to minimize the risk of failure or breakdown. Our technical specialists carry out an audit of the equipments safety and quality in every two years. This will be presented to the client up on request, with recommendations for the upgrading, modernization or replacement for the improvement of the performance of the equipment.
Our commitment
We provide 24/7 break down service, maintains 24 hours service to emergencies such as trapped users. Our service centre provides with urgent delivery of spare parts and components, ensuring the faster recovery of the equipment (lift/escalators).
